Transgender Awareness Week is observed from November 14 to November 20.

This is a one-week celebration leading up to the Transgender Day of Remembrance,

On the 19th November at 10.30am, the Cairo Street Unitarian Chapel Service, led by Lesley Lewis, we reflected on the inclusion and exclusion of those around us

and lit candles in memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence.
